He worked with my father (Bob Hall) at the refinery, and I grew up with his beautiful daughters, graduating with Pam. A lot of special childhood memories in our community.

If I remember correctly he transferred to the Whiting, Indiana refinery when Sugar Creek closed in 1982. So did I. I thought Kenneth was a good man. I talked with him quite often.
