Linda Joanne Erecius, 54, of Independence, Missouri, passed away Sunday, March 13, 2011. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, March 21st at Sheffeld Family Life Center, 5700 Winner Road, Kansas City, MO 64127.
Linda was born December 8, 1956 in Kansas City, MO, the daughter of Melvin Ray and Verna Darlene (Rist) Scott. She graduated from nursing school in 1992. Linda worked at St. Mary’s Medical Center for 14 years.
Linda was preceded in death by her mother, Darlene Rist; one son, little Ricky; and one grandson, Joshua.
Her survivors include three daughters: Jennifer Aziere of Blue Springs, MO, Khrissy Shultz & husband Jeremy of Lenexa, KS, Kellie Erecius of Blue Springs; one sister: Sharon Crews of Independence; one brother: Ray Scott of Archie, MO; her father: Melvin Scott & step-mom Barbara of Independence; and three grandchildren.
