I will miss Mark. I only knew Mark briefly, but he left me some wisdom that I will carry forever. I’m grateful I was able to share some time with him. I learned a lot. He was special to the Smithereen Family and he will be dearly missed. He had exceptional service skills and his customer service skills are second to none. I feel lucky to have had his salsa and met Lucy. I will miss my phone calls with Mark. However, I’m left grateful to have had those calls. – Dave Frederick
