Paula Diane Mayer, 70, of Oak Grove, Missouri, passed away March 30, 2024. Per Paula’s wishes she will be cremated, no services.
Paula was born April 3, 1953 in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of Jack Steime and Dorthea Sykes. Paula was a long-time employee of the Caseys General Store in Oak Grove. She was a kind hearted person and always had a smile for anyone she met. She loved her grandkids and having family get togethers.
Paula was preceded in death by her parents, sister Jan “Faye” Dill, and a nephew Raymond Sherman.
Paula is survived by; daughter Robin Thompson (Jeff) of Oak Grove, MO, daughter Holley Mayer of Independence, MO, 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandbabies, sister, Shelley Thomas of Oak Grove, MO, brother Jack Wade (Martha) of Florida, brother-in-law, Jim Dill of Kansas City, MO, 2 nieces, Dawn Holdeman (Steven), Robin Dill and a nephew Wade Sherman.
