I am still in shock of all of this. Rebecca was a mother to every person that walked threw her door. She made sure you were safe, warm, and fed with no questions asked until you were ready. Shayna and I both had a happy childhood but we saw this happen with so many of our friends. I know Dustin did too. Rebecca was a hero to many. She fought so many battles in her life and never once complained. She will always be one of the toughest women I will ever meet. I love you mama and I hope you are resting easy with Angus and all your other kitties.

I called her Bec. She only allowed the closest people to her to call her Bec, or Becky. Everyone else it had to be Rebecca. I met her in 7th grade; its not only 42 years of being best friends because she was also my sister and sometimes my mother, lol. We could live 1000's of miles apart and when we got together it would be like no time had passed. She was so funny, loved to laugh and tell stories. I will miss her stories! She loved her family/children dearly, she loved to listen to music, care for animals, baseball and gardening. She was honest, dependable, really smart, beautiful and loving person. I am proud of her accomplishments in this life journey of hers and hope she is proud for completing her mission. I know she is part of my soul family and we will be together forever. Bec, I will miss you dearly my friend, until we meet again. Please come in and say hi once awhile.

Rebecca was a loving woman and an amazing source of wisdom, strength and clarity during troubled times. She imparted immense amounts of love and wisdom into my life. I have fond memories of her as a child. This happened too fast and too soon.

Rebecca will be missed and loved by everyone who knew her.

Before I even met Rebecca she cared about me. She showed me nothing short of unconditional love. I could talk to her about absolutely anything and she would give the best advise or simply be a shoulder to cry on, cheering me on along the way all these years. She loved me and my son like we were her own and I will always cherish the moments we all got to spend together. We will forever keep the last gift you gave to us near and dear. I see her in everything, and her love will be me forever.

Rebecca was one of the best people I knew. She loved her family, her kids especially. She was the kind of person that if it had been months since you talked, when we would talk again it was like it was just yesterday. I loved that about her. I will miss you Bec.

Momma Rebecca… I could say a million great things. I have stories for days. I stayed at Dean and Rebecca’s house almost as many weekends as I spent at my own house growing up. Dean almost built me a bedroom when they did their home addition. Rebecca always made my favorite for dinner because she knew I was picky. She made mac and cheese and brownies! She was always around to talk to and give good life advice. I’ll miss her very much!

My mother in-law was a great woman. She treated me with nothing but love from day one of meeting her. I’m happy she was able to see her daughter get married to me. I’ll always miss her presence. She effected my life in a positive way, welcomed me into her family with open arms. I usually don’t cry for people, but I cried for this angel of a woman.
