(That was his rank when he helped me join the Army in 1996.). I ran into him in the DFAC once in Vilseck. We sat down and had lunch together . It was cool hearing about his job at another base. I told several other soldiers that I ran into my recruiter at lunch. A couple guys asked “Did you punch him in the face? I told them no, he was a fine man who got me the job I wanted in the country I wanted. I did a search on his name to find out if he could help with a donation of baked goods “To any soldier”. I’ll keep looking for that, but I wanted to send my condolences on the loss of a fine man and soldier.
