Over the years he drew me into his circle of friends and family. We went on outings together. Exchanged gardening ideas and heirloom tomatoes. Shared recipes and cooking ideas, Went on day trips to the peach and apple farms. My Lexi girl and his Lucy loved each other. I will be forever blessed to have gotten close to this wonderfully delightful man who was like myself, a foodie… After my cancer ordeal I shared many ideas to give him hope and then peace. I shared many scriptures with him I have peace knowing that he knew and loved the Lord and knew who his savior was!!! Till we meet again my friend RIP…
