Steven Michael Scott, 70, of Blue Springs, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2023.   

Steven was born on October 2, 1953, in Independence, Missouri, the son of Robert J. and Helen L. (Reading) Scott.  He lived in the Lake Tapawingo and Blue Springs area most of his life. 

Steven is survived by his brother, Patrick Scott of San Franciso, CA; nephew, Tim Kern of Grain Valley, MO; and niece, Laurie Mifflin of Warrensburg, MO.  He was preceded in death by his parents, and sister, Lorelei “Susie” Lockard.
