Tammara Devine


It is with profound sadness that we announced the peaceful passing of Tammara (Tammy) Devine age 66, of Grain Vally, MO on October 2nd 2024 Born August 6th 1958, Tammy was a woman of simple pleasures who enjoyed life’s little joys. Tammy’s personality was multifaceted- she was stubborn, kind, loving and giving. She was creative, hardworking, caring, generous, independent and passionate. Her life was a testament to the enduring power of love, the resilience of the human spirit and the profound impact one person can have on others. One of the most significant lessons she shared was to never give up, a principle she always lived by. She was tremendously proud of her family and considered them her greatest accomplishment. Tammy’s absence will be deeply felt by all, leaving an unforgettable mark of kindness, love and unwavering strength on everyone she encountered. Her memory and spirit will continue to inspire and guide them. She volunteered at the Elk’s Lodge where she was a proud member and an officer. She loved watching the birds, a good storm, and writing in her journal. Tammy leaves behind a legacy of perseverance reminding us to stand firm in our convictions and face life with courage and strength. This legacy will continue to inspire and move everyone who was fortunate enough to have known her. Tammy is survived by her daughters Christi Raak (Todd), Casey Lawrence (Ricky), Her Grandchildren- Cam Raak (Elora), Carley Raak, Caden Lawrence and Reece Lawrence Great grand Daughter- Laurel Raak, Her Mother and Stepfather Billie and Ernie Tallman, Brother Bruce Stone (Suzy) and her significant other of the home Bob McCullough. She was proceeded in death by her Father Earl E Stone and all her ex’s livin in Heaven. A celebration of life will be held on October 10th at 6:00pm At the Blue Springs Elk’s Lodge #2509 100 NE Brizedine Rd Blue Springs, MO 64014

  1. Dear friends and Family, Please accept my sincere condolences and prayers for you all. I met Tammy briefly, I knew her to be a truly special woman who cared deeply about others in her life. I know her life touched a lot of people, and she will be missed.
