Timothy Allyn Berry, 64, of Oak Grove, MO, finished the good fight Wednesday, May 20, 2020 on his terms with his boys by his side. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Tim was born January 24, 1956 in Kansas City, MO to Euqene and Betty (Simpson) Berry. He graduated from Oak Grove High School with the class of 1974. Tim was a master of many trades and spent his professional career working with MoDOT Highway Department, Armco Steel, and Lake Paradise Resort. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and cooking. Most of all, he took pleasure in everyday life and was proud of his family.
Tim was preceded in death by his grandparents, J.R. & Vinita Simpson and Lozier & Thelma Berry, and his father, Eugene Berry.
Survivors include his wife, Diane, of the home, with four children and four grandchildren; his loving mother, Betty; brother Kim, and sister Vinita; son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Kim, grandsons Caleb and Zach of Blue Springs, MO; son and daughter-in-law, Deric and Lauren of St. Joseph, MO; and lifelong friend, Greg Mclallen of Oak Grove, MO.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Missouri Department of Conservation; Kid’s Fishing & Youth Hunting Clinics.
