Vickie Lavon Broggi, 63, of Independence, MO passed away April 17, 2023 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Celebration of Life will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 13, 2023 at Abundant Life Church 1241 SW 7 Hwy, Blue Springs, MO 64015.
Vickie was born October 30, 1959 in Kansas City, MO to Johnnie & Evon (Moore) Smith. She married Bill Broggi on May 4, 1991. Vickie was a very outdoors person. She loved the beach and spending time with her family and friends at her pool. Vickie loved watching her cowboy shows on ME TV. She enjoyed cooking and working in the garden. Vickie loved to travel. Her biggest enjoyment was spending time with her granddaughters.
Vickie was preceded in death by her father: Johnnie Smith.
Vickie is survived by her husband of 32 years Bill Broggi of the home; daughters: Gabi Fizer (Ben) of Kanas City, MO, Madison Broggi of Grain Valley, MO; granddaughters: Eveah Fizer of Kansas City, MO, Remington Diffey of Grain Valley, MO; mother: Evon Smith of Independence, MO; siblings: John Smith (Julie) of Greenwood, MO, Kathie Morse (Robert) of Holden, MO, Troy Smith (Melissa) Independence, MO and many nieces and nephews.
