Anna M. (DiGiovanna) Heater, 89, was promoted to Glory when she went to be with Jesus from her home on Tuesday May 31, 2016, surrounded by her seven children.

     Mrs. Heater is survived by her children: John E. Heater III and Cathy of Glen Carbon, IL, Mary Margaret Smith and Larry of Independence, MO, Joseph Leonard Heater and Antoinette of Blue Springs, MO, Tama Anne Bunyar and Robert of Eagle Rack, MO, Michael Carl Heater and Mary of Independence, MO, Anthony James Heater and Kevin of Independence, MO, and Anna Marie Tittsworth and James of Exeter, MO.  Mrs. Heater is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 64 great grandchildren and 5 great great-grandchildren.

     Mrs. Heater is preceded in death by her husband, John E. Heater II; her parents, Joseph and Mary DiGiovanna; and her sister, Margaret DiGiovanna.
