Beverly Jean Duncan, 85, of Grain Valley, Missouri passed away on Saturday, November 26, 2016. A visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at Royer Funeral Home, Grain Valley. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 1, 2016 also at the funeral home; burial following in Oak Grove Cemetery.
Beverly was born on March 1, 1931, daughter of James and Evelyn (Ebert) Parker. Beverly loved going on cruises with her cousin, camping at Lake Pomme De Terre, cooking, spending time with her family visiting, and she was a snowbird in Texas.
Beverly is preceded in death by her husband, Richard E. Duncan. Her survivors include her daughter, Donna Dragon of Buckner, MO; son, Jim (Mirna) Duncan of Lee’s Summit, MO; 5 grandchildren, Duane Chase, Cody Dragon, Jeffrey Duncan, Jason Duncan, and Alexandra Duncan; and 8 great-grandchildren, Kayla and Hayden Chase, Lucas, Ashley and Lillie Duncan, Landon Perkins, Emma and Ella Dragon.
