Cherri Lynn Willbanks, 60, of Kingsville, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, June 9, 2021. A visitation will be held from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, June 11th at Royer Funeral Home, Grain Valley, MO. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 12th in Wills Cemetery, Peculiar, MO.
Cherri was born July 31, 1960, in Kansas City, Missouri, to John and Dollye (Taylor) Wilson. She was of the Baptist faith. Cherri worked as a Claims Associate at the South Lee’s Summit Walmart. She enjoyed making blankets. Cherri had a lot of love for her dogs, Peanut, Skipper and Max. She also loved spending time with her family and especially her grandkids.
Cherri was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Lyle Wilson; sister, Billie Watkins; and niece, Tina Wilson.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Willbanks of the home; daughter, Ashley Stathas (Paul) of Blue Springs MO; 2 sisters: Elaine Colvin (Charles) of Lamor, AR, and Candi Curry (Donald) of Kingsville MO; 2 brothers: Randy Wilson of Kingsville MO, and Terry Wilson (Shelly) Ava, MO; bonus sisters: Rose Girdley and Susan Smith; 4 grandchildren: Kaiden Koso, Zachary Koso, Jaiden Stathas, and Payton Stathas; and bonus grandkids.
