Daisy Dean Amer, 84, of Odessa, Missouri, passed away Monday, September 21, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 26th at New Life Assembly of God, Oak Grove, MO; burial in Odessa Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until service time at the church. Contributions may be made to the church for missions.
Daisy was born March 19, 1931, in Wellington, Missouri, the daughter of Charles and Gladys Seitz. She attended New Life Assembly of God and enjoyed going to the women’s Bible study. Daisy also enjoyed camping, doing crossword puzzles, and watching her grandchildren and great-grandchildren playing sports.
Daisy is preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters. Her survivors include her husband, Virgil Amer of the home; two daughters, Shari Lee (Richard) of Hamilton, MO, and Deborah Hopkins (Egial) of Bates City, MO; one son, Eric Amer (Angela) of Odessa, MO; brother, Rodney Seitz of Topeka, KS; nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
