Dan Webster died on February 24, 2014 at his home in Blue Springs, MO. He was born in Trenton, MO on May 21, 1941 to Thomas and Almira L. (Ketchum) Webster. He graduated from De La Salle Military Academy in Kansas City. He worked at Western Electric / AT&T in Lee’s Summit for 27 years. After retirement from AT&T, he operated a small engine repair business for several years and also worked at St. Mary’s Hospital in Blue Springs. He loved to grow all types of vegetables in his backyard garden; he enjoyed fishing, hunting and photography.
He is survived by his wife Christine of 40 years and his beloved dog, Jack. He also has two sisters, Martha Eidson, his twin, and Ann Maschler, a son, Scott D. Webster, and many friends.

Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 8, 2014 at Royer-Hays Funeral Home, Blue Springs, MO. The family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Wayside Waifs or the charity of your choice.
