Darrell Turner, 77, Born November 18, 1936 in Locust Grove Ok. Darrell went home to be with our Lord on July 2, 2014 from Center Point Medical Center in Independence, MO. Darrell was preceded in death by his Mother and Father, Iva and Glen Turner and an older Brother Bill Turner all of Joplin, MO. Darrell leaves behind a loving and faithful Bride of 57 years Helen Turner, a Daughter Jennifer McGlathery and her husband Jim, 2 Granddaughters Tanna Johnson and her husband Mike and Rachael Shepherd and her husband Jason. Seven Great-Grandchildren with 1 on the way. Several Nieces, Nephews, Sister-in-laws, 1 Brother-in-law and several other relatives and friends. Darrell was a retired machinist in the aerospace industry from Honey Well formerly known as Bendix. Darrell enjoyed being with his family, he had a light hearted sense of humor and you never knew what he was going to come up with next. There will be a Celebration of Life for Darrell on July 11th at 11am at Susquehanna Assembly of God 622 Jennings rd. Independence Mo. 64056
