David was born March 15, 1965, in Anaheim, CA, the son of George Michael and Margaret Evelyn (Gerrish) Puckett. He attended Oak Grove High School. David married Karen Kay Henslee on December 19, 1985, and he loved spoiling her rotten. He enjoyed his trucking job, traveling to and exploring new areas, and scuba diving. David loved to cook and create complete meals. He was a street chef at heart and dreamed of his own restaurant. David was a very giving person, but he was also a prankster, and always had to outdo any pranks pulled on him. If you bring a squirt gun, he would bring a super water soaker.
David was preceded in death by his father, George Michael Puckett; his brother, Warren Eugene Gibson; and three feline children: Spider, Geezer, and Brutus.
His survivors include his loving wife, Karen Puckett; his mother, Margaret Puckett; his sister, Catherine Cline; his aunt Martha; his uncle Brown; his four precious feline children: Muggles, Milo, Simon, and JoJo; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins; along with countless friends and his trucking family.
