Dawson Edward Lewis, 14, of Oak Grove, Mo passed away December 31, 2013 at Children’s Mercy Hospital. Visitation will be held at the Oak Grove United Methodist Church in Oak Grove, Mo. from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 4, 2014 with Funeral Service to follow at 1:00 p.m. Dawson is the son of Becky and David Peak and Eric Jourdon of Oak Grove. He is survived by his parents of the home along with his twin brother Christian Andrew Lewis. His grandparents Barbara and Ronald Lain of Oak Grove, Mo. Dale and Beverly Lewis of Brookfield, Mo. and David and Deborah Peak of Kansas City. Aunts and Uncles Tammy and Chad Moore, Oak Grove, Kelly and Tim Parnell of Oak Grove, Steven and Erica Lain of Oklahoma City, Ok and Jeff and Joanna Lain of Norfolk, VA. Several great Aunts and Uncles and cousins. And his school family at Lakeview Woods State school. He is preceded in death by Great-grandparents Betty and Russell Coram and Elden and Evelyn Lewis. And Grandmother Nancy Twin of Oak Grove. Services are being officiated by Reverend Mike Myers of Brookfield, MO.
