Dennis Michael Lafal, 72, of Sugar Creek, MO, went to be with the Lord at his home on May 9, 2020.  A Celebration of life will be held at a later date. 

Dennis was born November 11, 1947 in Independence, MO, to George & Marguarite (Mansfield) Lafal.  He served his country in the U.S. Army.  Dennis worked at the Metro Bus Co (KCATA) for 40 years.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and tinkering.  Dennis loved watching his grandkids ball games.  He was a very generous man. 

Dennis was preceded in death by his parents. 

Dennis is survived by his wife Judy of the home; sons: Rick M. Lafal of Grain Valley, MO, and Dennis E. Lafal (Becky) of Blue Springs, MO; grandchildren: Michael, Jackie, Lindsey, Curtis, Jared (Lydia), and Brett; great-grandchildren: Damein and Terriny; brother, George Lafal; brothers-in-law: George Detel and Victor Detel; and several nieces and nephews.
