Don Fredric Tyler, 73, of Corder, Missouri, died Monday, November 12, 2018 at his lake place in Warsaw, Missouri. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 17th at Salem United Church of Christ in Higginsville, MO. The family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. until service time at the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the church.
Don was born April 22, 1945, in Higginsville, Missouri, the son of Bryan C. and Edna M. (Rinne) Tyler. He was a 1963 graduate of Higginsville High School. He married Judith Klussman on August 5, 1967. Don retired from General Motors Leeds Plant, where he worked on the assembly line. He was a past member of the Corder Park Board and the Corder Volunteer Fire Department. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gardening at his “second” home at the lake.
Don is survived by his wife, Judy Tyler of the home; daughter, Kelly Tyler (Tim Reuling) of Reston, VA; son, Jeffrey (Stephanie) Tyler of Concordia, MO; two granddaughters, Chloe and Bridget (Bg) Tyler; and nephew, Eric Tyler of Seminole, FL. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Clark Tyler.
