Don Munze, 76, of Grain Valley, Missouri, died peacefully at home on Thursday, February 2, 2012, with his family around him. 

Don was born November 19, 1935 in Kansas City, Kansas, the son of Don and Nell (Kretchett) Munze.  He was a graduate of Ruskin High School.  Don was a route supervisor for Continental Bakery and a route driver for Sysco, retiring in 1985.  He loved to watch the Chiefs and travel to Las Vegas.  Don will be missed by his wife of 56 years, Hazel (Case); daughters: Terrie (Tim) Blom & Donna (Alan) Donovan; and son: Don III (Kris) Munze; five grandchildren: Bradley, Tami, Brandon, Corey & Kayla; and two great-granddaughters: Gracie & Hayden.

At Don’s request, there are no services.  Cremation; the family suggests donations to the Alzheimer’s Association or ALS, Keith Worthington Chapter, in his honor.
