Dona Lee Schreckengost, 54, of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, December 1, 2020.
Dona was born April 17, 1966 in Kansas City, Missouri, to Donald and Karel (Dolt) Mooney. She enjoyed spending time with her family and going to visit her mom. Dona loved spending time with her partner, Carey Morales and cherished time spent with her daughter, Staci. Dona loved her animals. Her dog, Dobbie enjoyed many car rides. When she was younger, she and her friends went on many fishing trips together. She loved to listen to music. A few of her favorites were Tina Turner, Willie Nelson, George Jones and Merle Haggard. Most of all, what mattered to Dona was her family.
She is preceded in death by her partner of over 20 years, Carey Morales; and father, Donald Mooney.
Dona is survived by daughter, Staci Copeland; mother, Karel Mooney; brother, Ross Mooney; and stepdaughter, Sherri Begulia; grandchildren: Hannah Begulia and Jesse Morales.
