Donna Jean (Rader) Chaussard, 72, of Independence, Missouri, passed away Thursday June 30, 2016 at Centerpoint Medical Center. Memorial Services will be held 7:00 p.m. Thursday, July 14th, with visitation at 6:00 p.m. at New Salem Funeral Home, Independence, MO.
Donna was born on November 22, 1943 in North Kansas City, MO. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Helen (Shenkel) Rader; brothers, Donald and Ronald Rader; and sister, Bonnie Hearne.
She is survived by her son, Charles Chaussard; daughters, Christina Edwards and Lori Chaussard; sister and brother-in-law, Roger and Judy Chaussard; grandchildren: Ashley, Chad, Cole and McKenzie; great-grandchildren: Olivia Hayes, Anthony, Jett and Adley Juarez; and many nieces and nephews.
