Donna Lou Williams, 76, of Buckner, Missouri, passed away Friday, March 14, 2014 at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Blue Springs, MO. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 17th at Royer Funeral Home, Grain Valley, MO. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Trinity Nazarene Church, Independence, MO.
Donna was born August 29, 1937, in Neodesha, Kansas, the daughter of Cecil E. & Mary F. (Douglas) Brown. She was a member of Trinity Nazarene Church. Donna enjoyed playing piano and singing. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Sondra Thomas.
Her survivors include her husband of 59 years, Harley Williams of the home; son, Mark Douglas & Vickie Williams of Mexico, MO; daughter, Kara & George Kirkland of Buckner, MO; sister, Karen Easterling of Junction City, KS; seven grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
