Eleanor C. Phillips, 91, of Grain Valley, MO, formerly of Cleveland, OH, passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2012.

Eleanor was born September 12, 1920 in Dillonvale, Ohio.  She is preceded in death by her husband, William E. Phillips; and her son, David Phillips in February 2012.

Her survivors include her daughter, Linda & John Payne; daughter-in-law, Maria (Foisel) Phillips; grandson, Scott & Julie Phillips; grandson, Bryan Phillips; granddaughter, Jean & Scott Vintinner; and great-grandchildren, Jacob & Allison Phillips.
