Eloise Rusan, 84, of Blue Springs, MO, passed away Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at Wilshire at Lakewood Nursing Home, Lee’s Summit, MO. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, September 11th at Blue Springs Cemetery, Blue Springs, MO. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Cass County Elks Lodge for the Youth Fishing Derby.
Eloise was born September 28, 1930 in Lead Mine, MO, the daughter of Mose and Ethel (Harmon) West. She graduated from Northeast High School. Eloise was a loan officer at Blue Valley Savings & Loan for many years. She was preceded in death by her longtime companion of 19 years, Joseph Motrenec.
