Erma Lee Potts, 96, of Blue Springs, Missouri passed away on Thursday, June 24, 2021. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 6th at Oakland Methodist Church, 30701 E. Truman Rd. Buckner, Missouri. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the church. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Oakland Church or the Oakland Ladies Aid Society.
Erma was born April 25, 1925 in Buckner, Missouri to Claude and Lorean (VanDyke) Dyer. She enjoyed quilting and meeting with the Lady Aids Society on Thursdays. Erma made prayer shaws for the Oakland United Methodist Church, which she attended since she was 10 days old. She loved traveling with Clyde and the rest of her family until Clyde became ill.
She is survived by her daughter, Yvonne Campbell (Robert); 2 grandchildren: Jason Campbell of Ft. Carson CO. and Lindsey Ferreira (William) of JBER, Alaska; 4 great-grandchildren: Hailey and Gavin Ferreira and Arya and Delilah Campbell; 3 nieces: Terri Surface, Barbara O’Connell (Steve) and Diane Rinke (Ron).
