He enjoyed being outside with nature and took long walks with his wife and grandchildren. He loved to fix a big Sunday breakfast at home, was very family oriented, honest, loyal, loving, generous, very funny, witty and enjoyed his retirement thoroughly. He was quick to anger, quick to forgive and even quicker to laugh.
He worked for numerous truck lines, but his favorite was Jones Truck Line because of his seniority. He retired from B&H Freight Line, Teamster Union, Local 41. He loved driving the big rigs. He always stood up for himself and for those he felt were wronged and had a great work ethic and his reputation followed him everywhere.
A special thank you to the Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care at 120th & Wornall, Kansas City, MO. Thank you for taking such great care of him. Please send any contributions or donations to their attention or to the Kansas City Cancer Society.
He is still special in our hearts and he was awesome! We will love and miss you; Husband, Daddy and Papa.
