Joseph A. “Joe” Hattey, 95, of Odessa, MO, passed away Thursday, February 12, 2015.
Visitation will be 1:00-2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at Royer Funeral Home, Oak Grove, MO. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial in Concord Cemetery.

Joe was born January 14, 1920 in Kansas City, MO to Harold W. & Olive E. (Stevens) Hattey.
Joe worked as a Machinist for ATT. Joe proudly served his country during WWII in the U.S. Air force. On April 4, 1942 Joe married Wilma Maxine Badder.
Joe was a member of Rolling Meadow Christian Church. Joe enjoyed reading and loved being outdoors. He also loved farming.
Joe was preceded in death by his parents: Harold & Olive Hattey; 1 brother: Jack Hattey; 1 sister: Betty Hime and a sister: Nancy.
Joe is survived by his wife Maxine Hattey of the home; son: Dennis Hattey & wife Kathleen of Odessa, MO; daughter: Phyllis Jensen & husband Ralph of Stockton, CA; brother: David Hattey of Liberty, MO; sister: Jennette Jackson of Houston, TX; 9 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren.
