Judy was born June 28, 1943 in Harrisonville, Missouri, the daughter of Dudley and Betty (Pulliam) Noell. She attended school in Harrisonville and graduated from Blue Springs High School. She was a key punch operator and bus driver before she and her husband, Bill Fligg, purchased Engelwood Cleaners, where she became the Grain Valley manager. Judy loved horses, from the Shetland pony she had as a girl, to her pride & joy “Golden Boy”, to her final Pepper. She was very proud of her thirty year belt buckle from the trail ride at Eminence, MO, and the many friends she had there. But her most special times were spent with the loves of her life: her husband, her children & their spouses, and most importantly, her grandchildren of which she was extremely proud.
Judy was preceded in death by her father Dudley Noell; mother Betty Butler; sister Valeta (Skip) Baxter; and brother-in-law Doug Allen.
She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Bill Fligg; son Brent (Julie) Fligg; daughters Dawn (Chad) Carnahan & Jaime (George) Sinn; six grandchildren: Autumn, Jacob, Tom, Ben, Colby, & Summer; sister Gloria Allen; brother Gene (Sheila) Noell; as well as many nieces & nephews, and a host of friends & relatives.
