Kathy Lynne Whitley, 57, of Blue Springs, Missouri, passed away on Monday, February 26, 2018 at her home. A visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, March 1st at Royer Funeral Home, Grain Valley. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 2nd also at the funeral home; burial in Blue Springs Cemetery following services. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
Kathy is survived by her daughters Sasha (Kyle) Grabenstetter, Ticha (Billy) Foutz and Kasha (David) Dawson; her step-children William “Bubba” (Tamara) Whitley and Micha (William) Pugh; her brothers Larry (Sheila) Beets and Johnny (Sandy) Beets; and her sister Julie (Jack) Musgrave. She will also be fondly remembered by her six grandchildren Landry Foutz, Markus Grabenstetter, Nick Whitley, Foster (Alex), Brock, Trevor, and Michaela Pugh.
Kathy is preceded in death by her husband, Dr. William Edward Whitley.
