
Kenneth Donald Wyman Sr., 89, of Lone Jack, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, January 3, 2021. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 9th at North Star Country Church in Rueter, MO; burial in Wyman Cemetery, also in Rueter. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Friday, January 8th at Royer Funeral Home in Oak Grove, MO.
Kenneth was born on September 16, 1931, in Rueter, MO, the son of Walsie and Mary Bell (Lee) Wyman. He served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. Kenneth married Bertha Bonner in 1954. He was a truckdriver and had won the National Truck Driving Championship. Kenneth was an avid hunter, fisherman, and was a member of the Church of Christ. He had been a Scout Master of Troop 266 and was a member of the Fort Osage Muzzle Loaders.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Bertha, in 2020; son, Kenneth Wyman Jr.; brother, Eugene Wyman; and sister, Katherine Howard.
His survivors include four sons: Ronald Wyman (Sheila), Marty Wyman (Brenda), Roy Wyman (Jan), and Rusty Wyman (Buffy); daughter-in-law, Janet Wyman; ten grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
