Leona Pauline Morrison, 73, of Oak Grove, MO passed away Friday, October 11, 2013
Visitation 10:00-11:00 a.m. Thursday October 17, 2013 at St Jude’s Catholic Church, Oak Grove, MO. Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the church.

Leona was born June 8, 1940 in Troy, Kansas to Robert E. & Emma E. (Shalz) Miller.
She married Daniel J. Morrison on January 13, 1962. Leona received her nursing degree and had worked as an ER nurse at St. Margaret’s, Liberty and North Kansas City Hospitals. Leona was a member of St. Jude’s Catholic Church.
Leona was preceded in death by her parents: Robert & Emma Miller, 4 brothers and sisters.
Leona is survived by her husband Dan Morrison of the home; 2 sons: Eugene Morrison of Grandview, MO, Bryan Morrison & wife Suzy of Blue Springs, MO; 1 grandson: Matthew Morrison of Kansas City, MO; 7 brothers and sisters: Sis Daws of Troy, KS, Nick Miller of Wathena, KS, Wilbert Miller of Desoto, KS, Marceline Plumlee Sarasota, FL, Pat Dawson of Desoto, KS, Ag Wertin of Wathena, KS, Linda Schneider, of Nortonville, KS
