Linda S. (Schneider) Moody, 56, of Oak Grove, Missouri, passed away Monday, July 11, 2011 after a long battle with cancer. Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday, July 15th at Royer Funeral Home, Grain Valley, MO; burial in Valley Memorial Gardens, Grain Valley. The family will receive friends from 1:30 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Linda was born September 2, 1954, in Raytown, MO, the daughter of Raymond & Edith (Kennedy) Schneider. She was previously a co-owner of a fire sprinkler fab shop in Blue Springs.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Jim Schneider.
Her survivors include daughter, Trish & David Barker of Kingsville, MO; son, Jimmy & Jessie Morris of Blue Springs, MO; son, Jim & Dallas Moody of Odessa, MO; daughter, Kristen & Josh Simonson of Oak Grove; and eight grandchildren: Alyssa, Matthew, Tyler, Caleb, Lexi, Madi, Braelynn, & Jocelynn. Additional family members include sister-in-law, Linda; niece, Diane; and nephew, Mike.
