Lorene C. Girault


Lorene Carolin Girault, 87 of Independence, Missouri passed away Saturday, December 5, 2020. There will be a private family burial in Anderson Hill/ Friedens Cemetery, Moscow Mills, MO.

Lorene was born February 6, 1933 in Foristell, Missouri to Earl and Flora (Schnabel) Wilegus. She was a member of Wright City Church of the Nazarene. Lorene enjoyed music, watching TV and a good meal. She loved her family dearly.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Girault; daughter, Debra Chamberlain; and sister, Shirley Carter.

Lorene is survived by daughter: Susan Adams (Ken) Independence, MO; 5 grandchildren: Pam Boatright (Jim) Independence, MO., Rebecca Hughes (Tyler) Bennington, NE., Angie Midkiff (Todd) Kearney, MO. and Anita Tigner, Blue Springs, MO; Michael Doney (Leigh) Odessa, MO;11 great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family.

  3. My deepest sympathy to Susan and her family. I grew up in Foristell, MO and new your grandparents. My Mom worked at the P.O. with Earl. I knew your Mom when I was little. They were special to me. I now live in Troy, MO.
