Manuel Ray Cooper, 49, of Odessa, Missouri, passed away Saturday, September 11, 2021 at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Blue Springs, MO. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
Manuel was born February 29, 1972, in Kansas City, Missouri, the son of Jimmy and Gloria (Gaultney) Cooper. He worked at Pizza Hut in Odessa for 15 years, retiring 10 years ago. Manuel enjoyed listening to music and loved his dog, Jayce. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Manuel was preceded in death by his parents and four sisters: Kathy Shaw, Lenora Cooper, Ellen Cooper, and Lori Cooper.
His survivors include his wife, Deidre Cooper of the home; two sons: Caleb Cooper (Shelbilyn) and Christian Cooper (Ashley) all of Blue Springs; three grandchildren: Julianna Cooper, Leah Turley, and Ethan Turley; sister, Lorna Croney of Plattsburg; and two brothers: Jimmy Cooper of Independence, MO, and Darrell Cooper of Odessa.
