Margaret Irene “Mugs” Mullin age 82 of Independence, Missouri passed away on Sunday February 25, 2018 she was a Catholic and requested to be cremated.
Mugs was born on October 9, 1935 in Kansas City, Missouri the daughter of Clifford and Lola (Setzer) Reed. She married Carroll Mullin on September 5, 1953 and moved to Independence in 1958. She worked at Sears for 30 years as a Timekeeper/Secretary. She enjoyed square dancing, working in her yard and being with her extended family. Mugs also enjoyed luncheons with her Northeast High School friends and her special Sears friends: Franki Jensen, Carol Orndorff, Doris Shepherd and Barbara Gorsaline.
She is survived by her wonderful and devoted nephew and caregiver Ed Adden, and she was preceded in death by her parents, husband, her sister Bonnie and brother-in-law Orv Adden, one brother: Jim Reed and one nephew: Jim Adden.
