Margaret Irene Scott, 81, passed away peacefully on March 1, 2014 in Kansas City, MO.  Her memorial service will be held in Michigan in the spring.

Margaret was born April 2, 1932 in Hazel Park, Michigan to Holland Thompson and Sarah E. Rowan.  She married O’Dell Scott on December 23,1950.  

Margaret was preceded in death by her husband O’Dell, both parents and her three siblings Joanne Lee, Eileen Lee, and James Thompson.

She is survived by six children; Debra Scott, Marsha Scott, Brenda Negahban, Lisa Nellis (David) , Mark Scott (Laura), Amy Hoeninghausen (Scott), and one foster daughter Carol Rowader.  She is also survived by ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
