Martin “Marty” Eugene Toliver was born December 12, 1957 to Melvin Martin and Carolyn Sue Toliver in Kansas City Missouri. Marty served for 15 years in the United States Air Force as an airplane mechanic and traveled to many locations such as Korea and Okinawa, Japan. He served his country proudly in Desert Storm. Marty loved to fish and “tinker” in the garage on cars, lawn mowers, and anything else that could not run away. He was married for 25 years to Roberta “Bert” Schlobohm until her untimely death in June 2003. Marty met his next love Patricia “Trish” Ann Fitzpatrick in 2004 and they got to spend 10 beautiful years together before he left this earth early on May 18, 2015. Marty was also preceded in death by his parents.

   He is survived by a son, Eric Anthony Toliver, a daughter, Amy Renee Hamilton (Jeremiah),  granddaughters Quinn Isabella Hamilton, Katherin Anne House, and a grandson Gabriel  Dalen House all of Independence, MO. He is also survived by a brother Kevin Lee Toliver (Flossie) as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and a multitude of people who loved him.
