Mary Lou Winton age 87 passed away on Saturday July 29, 2017 at her home in Independence Missouri. Services will be held on Saturday August 19, 2017 at the First Church of God 220 E Elm St. Independence, MO. 64050. Visitation will be from 10:30-11:30 a.m. with a memorial at 11:30 a.m. A private inurnment will be held at Old Salem Cemetery in Independence Mo. She will be buried next to her brother Tommy per he wishes.

Mary was born December 1, 1929 in Independence, Missouri the daughter of Chester A and Gladys (Ryan) Rice. She was life, long member of the First Church of God in Independence. She is survived by her sons Dennis Winton of Springfield, David (wife: Zina) Winton of Independence, and Merlin Winton of Las Vegas. One daughter: Norma Winton of Independence. Six grandchildren that she was very proud of and enjoyed every minute with, Shane and Corey Winton of Jasper, Lindsey Winton of Cameron, Brandon Winton, Dustin Winton, and Jennifer Winton

Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, and friends that loved and cared about her. Mary will be greatly missed by all. Fly high Mary Lou you are now home with your momma.
