Mary Margaret Triplet, 75, of Ottawa, KS passed away Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at Lawrence Memorial Hospital. Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Friday, April 20, 2012 at Royer Funeral Home, Oak Grove, MO. Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the Funeral Home. Burial in Mt. Zion Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to the family to help defray expenses.
Mary was born Mary 4, 1936 in Oak Grove, MO to John P. & Lidia Alice (Robinson) Halphin. On November 10, 1951 she married William C. Triplet Jr. Mary was a homemaker, and a Baptist by faith.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents: John & Lidia Halphin; daughter: Pamela Crable; 2 sisters: Evelyn Halphin, Lucy Filler; 2 brothers: Jake Halphin, Paul Halphin; 1 grandson: Shawn Odekirk.
Mary is survived by 3 sons: John Triplet, Robert Triplet both of Odessa MO, James Triplet of Kinkaid, KS; 2 daughters: Sandra Riley of Odessa, MO, Mary Lively of Garnett, KS; 1 special granddaughter: Tamara Ledom; 1 special great-granddaughter: Tiffany Arvin, and a combination of grandchildren and great-grandchildren totaling 27.
