
Niki Hayes, 40, of Oak Grove, Missouri, passed away Monday, September 18, 2017. Memorial services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Monday, September 25th at First Baptist Church of Oak Grove. The family will receive friends from 5:30 p.m. until service time at the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made for Dylan’s scholarship fund, in care of Kathy Schaller-Williams.
Niki was born September 21, 1976, in Independence, Missouri, the daughter of Billy D. and Katherine A. (Barnhill) Hayes. She had a great sense of humor and was a kind-hearted person, always willing to help anyone in need. Niki never knew a stranger and enjoyed life to the fullest. She didn’t have a “filter” and she didn’t care. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and friend.
Niki was preceded in death by her daughter, Haily Hayes in 2016. Her survivors include her son, Dylan Szudarski of the home; her husband, Stephen Worley of the home; her mother, Katherine Williams (Randy) of Oak Grove; her father, Billy Hayes of Oak Grove; two sisters: Katie Rukavina (Anthony) of Oak Grove, and Jaden Hayes of Blue Springs, MO; two stepdaughters: Danielle and Miranda Worley, both of Independence; and three nieces: Kailyn and Lainey Cramer of Oak Grove, and Raelee Rukavina of Wellington, MO.
