Patricia Joan Gerry, 84, of Oak Grove, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, August 19, 2020. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 22nd at Royer Funeral Home in Oak Grove. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Patricia was born May 3, 1936, in San Diego, CA, the daughter of Erhmann and Bertha V. (Fluckiger) Davidson. She sacrificed a lot for her children, becoming a CNA at Baptist Memorial Hospital to provide for them. Patricia loved to read and write stories and poems, and especially loved her family. She also enjoyed attending First Baptist Church of Oak Grove.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents and her older sisters, Virginia Flowers and Wanda Poskett.
Her survivors include her brother, Charles Davidson (Bonnie) of Bluffington, SC; three sons: Kenneth Gerry (Pamela) of Ballwin, MO, Gerry R. Gerry (Cynthia) of Kansas City, MO, and David R. Gerry (Stephanie) of Lee’s Summit, MO; daughter, Kathleen T. Gerry-Fleener of Oak Grove, MO; fifteen grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
