Paula Jean Rice, 64, of Grain Valley, MO, passed away Saturday, April 11, 2020. The family will have a private Graveside with a Celebration of Life to be held at a later date.
Paula was born February 21, 1956 in Independence, MO, to Gary F. & Betty J. (Scott) Larson. She loved going to garage sales and the Casinos. Paula enjoyed cooking for her family. She had a green thumb when it came to plants. Paula enjoyed her country life and chickens. She collected rolling pins and anything with chickens on it.
Paula was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Shelley Stephens.
Paula is survived by her husband Cleo of the home; 6 children: Kenny Nead (Julie) of Grain Valley, MO, Scott Wiggins (Brenna) of Lincoln, MO, Amy Turner (Brad) of Blue Springs, MO, Amanda Stowe (James) of Independence, MO, Nick Rice of Blue Springs, MO, and Preston Rice of Grain Valley, MO; 2 sisters: Bonnie Clifford of Independence, MO, and Risa Larson of Smithville, MO; brother, Michael Larson (Rhonda) of Oak Grove, MO; 19 grandchildren; and a great-grandson due in May.
