Richard Lee Rickey age 76 of Independence, MO. passed away on Friday January 5, 2018. Funeral services will be on Monday January 15, 2018 4:00 p.m. at the New Salem Funeral Home in Independence, MO. The family will greet visitors from 3:00 p.m. till the start of the service.
