Robert Albert Worthington, 69, of Blue Springs, Missouri, passed away on Friday, February 12, 2021. A Celebration of Life will be held at First Christian Church in Blue Springs, MO. on Saturday, February 27th at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the church.
Robert was born June 25, 1951 in Saint Louis, Missouri. Robert attended grade school in El Salvador, then returned to the United States and received a Bachelor’s degree from University of Missouri. After retiring as an Electrical Engineer from the City of Riverside, California, Robert became a Certified Natural Health Professional and earned a degree in Naturopathy. He traveled throughout Mexico and South America teaching seminars on the benefits of natural medicine.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Richard Worthington and Julia Avila.
Robert is survived by his 3 children: daughter, Jessica Smith (h: James); daughter, Melissa Sanders; son, Bradley Sanders (w: Amanda); 4 grandchildren: Jaxson, Gunnar, Colson and Levi; and several extended family members.

2 May 2022So sorry to learn of Robert’s passing. We knew each other in high school (In El Salvador) and almost usually went to the same parties. He was a very kind and loving human being. His mother and grandmother were our English teachers (Colegio Guadalupano) and they were quite a pair!

2 Jun 2023Dr Bob helped me in Mexico City, was great, fun and very well prepared, visited with him in 2006 and later around 2010, I also had some sessions with his wife. I was looking for him and I learned of this, may he RIP, will be remembered.
