Rosanna Marie Casey, 65, of Grain Valley, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2015. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 21, 2015 at Royer Funeral Home, Grain Valley, MO; burial of ashes in Lobb Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home. Rosanna Marie (Buschhorn) Casey was born January 11, 1950 in Independence, Missouri, the daughter of Fred and Rosa M. (Nelson) Buschhorn. Rosanna grew up in the Independence, Missouri, area and graduated from Van Horn High School in 1968. She moved with her family to Grain Valley in December 1977.
Rosanna will be remembered for her vivacious laughter and loving spirit. She enjoyed being with her grandkids and loved each of them dearly.
Rosanna is preceded in death by her parents. Her survivors include: daughter, Jennifer (Todd) Reedy of Grain Valley; son, Steven (Taya) Casey of Grain Valley; granddaughters, Elizabeth Reedy, Morgan Reedy, Kinsley Casey; and grandson Brett Casey. She is also survived by her sister, Vicki (Larry) Cordell; brother, Don Buschhorn; and several nieces & nephews.
