Ruth M. Roberts, 97, of Oak Grove, MO, passed away Tuesday, January 22, 2012. Ruth will lay in state from 2:00 pm – 2:45 pm Friday, January 25, 2013 at Oak Grove Cemetery. Graveside Service will be 3:00 pm Friday, January 25, 2013 at Oak Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Oak Grove United Methodist Church, 1501 S. Harding St. Oak Grove, MO 64075.

Ruth was born January 23, 1915 in Independence, MO to Judson & Esther (Auld) Mann. Ruth worked as a real estate closing secretary. Ruth enjoyed genealogy research and sewing. Her church was very important to her.

Ruth was preceded in death by her parents; husband: John Roberts in 1990; infant son: Vincent; daughter: Kay Martin in 2006. Ruth is survived by her son in law: Roger Martin of Kearney, MO.
