Samuel Lawrence Parker, 63, of Blue Springs, Missouri, passed away Saturday, January 18, 2014 at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Blue Springs. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 24th at Royer-Hays Funeral Home, Blue Springs. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until service time.
